Point of Sale

The dealer resources ftp has a utlilty to Clear ALL database history (keeping products, employee, inventory, accounts, etc in tact).

To Clear History for POS "go-live":

1. Shutdown POS software
2. Shutdown POS server (Through services)
3. Run cleardb.exe - enter "clear" (without quotres) as the password in order to clear history.
4. Delete each POS.FDB from C:\Program Files\Fedelta\FedeltaPOS\firebird\data
5. Copy a blank (584KB) POS.FDB database into this directory
6. Start the POS server
7. Start the POS software
