Fedelta integrates using Industry Standard messaging allowig it to communicate with the majority of PMS providers. Having a "tried and tested" solution is essential to ensure that guests are charged appropriately.
Bill
authorization and signature capture is provided at the POS. The room occupants are displayed at POS for simple verification of the guest and the applicable room.
The Bills breakdown is sent through
to the PMS so that the charge details are available in both systems. As welll as any products and service charges, tips can be applied to room charges as a seperate charge.
Setup of PMS accounts can be defined in a matrix of order type and POS location allowing ulitmate flexiblity in posting to the Property Management System. This avoid the necissity of manual transaction and consolidation of transactions.
