Bill Authorization

Bill authorization and signature capture is provided at the POS. The room occupants are displayed at POS for simple verification of the guest and the applicable room.

Bill Breakdown

The Bills breakdown is sent through to the PMS so that the charge details are available in both systems. As well as any products and service charges, tips can be applied to room charges as a seperate charge.

Customizable Setup

Setup of PMS accounts can be defined in a matrix of order type and POS location allowing ultimate flexibility in posting to the Property Management System. This avoid the necessity of manual transaction and consolidation of transactions.
